SAINT-EMILION GRAND CRU
Made from 90% plot selections from the foothills, this other label is vinified by the La Gaffelière teams.
It is vinified and aged with as much care as the first wine of the Famille de Malet Roquefort in a specific vat room and cellar.
Depending on the vintage, young vines from the hillsides can also be added.
The blend is mainly made from Merlot (over 90%) and Cabernet Franc.
